1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services by sending a written email to our support team at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
One-time services (such as website development, graphic design, or campaign setup) cannot be cancelled once the project has started.
For monthly subscription services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, etc.), cancellations will be effective from the next billing cycle.
Click Catcher Digital Marketing reserves the right to cancel any service in cases of non-compliance, late payments, or misuse of services.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are not guaranteed once the project has commenced.
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
Services not delivered as per the agreed scope of work.
Duplicate payments due to technical errors.
No refunds will be provided for:
SEO, Social Media, or Paid Campaign results (as they depend on third-party platforms like Google, Facebook, etc.).
Partial months or unused services in ongoing packages.
Client delays, lack of cooperation, or change in project requirements.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
