  • Clients may request cancellation of services by sending a written email to our support team at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

  • One-time services (such as website development, graphic design, or campaign setup) cannot be cancelled once the project has started.

  • For monthly subscription services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, etc.), cancellations will be effective from the next billing cycle.

  • Click Catcher Digital Marketing reserves the right to cancel any service in cases of non-compliance, late payments, or misuse of services.


2. Refund Policy
  • Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are not guaranteed once the project has commenced.

  • Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

    • Services not delivered as per the agreed scope of work.

    • Duplicate payments due to technical errors.

  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • SEO, Social Media, or Paid Campaign results (as they depend on third-party platforms like Google, Facebook, etc.).

    • Partial months or unused services in ongoing packages.

    • Client delays, lack of cooperation, or change in project requirements.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
